A summer reset including a restorative pelvic floor workout followed by a relaxing sound bath at Marina Park! Yes, kids are welcome! We suggest bringing snacks and quiet actives/toys. Not suggested for children with sensitivity to sound or if you are in your first trimester.

Let's face it- going to the beach with the kiddos is a lot of work and kind of stressful. This beach trip is just for the girls! Bring a beach chair and your sunnies for a relaxing and fun day in the sand. Chill and get a tan or enjoy some spike ball and other beach games.
